One must juggle attention, often.
Often we don’t know how much is too much.
I am guilty of this, but I think there’s a difference between good juggling and bad juggling.
If you’re juggling things you have to do, and are necessities, then it’s a hard emotional balance.
If you’re juggling things you want to do and things you have to do — it’s easier.
But then prioritisation comes into it.
I find, or I have been finding, that you have to play to your emotional strengths in the world of work.
Or any work you do.
Because otherwise you’ll feel pretty deflated.
I’m learning as I go, but I don’t want to fall flat early.
