We’re very good at psyching ourselves out of things.

It’s actually my speciality.

We see the mountain of the task and prevent ourselves from even starting.

I read the introductory chapter of James Clear’s Atomic Habits recently.

Minimal and consistent gains is a process of compound interest.

And if we can gain a consciousness of the necessity for the process, we can start.

I intend to read the rest of the book and learn some more.

Today I beat my psyche and finished a task that was very important.

Let’s hope for more of the same, in spite of all the challenges.
