You Need More Energy, Not Time

We always complain we need more time.

More time to do all the things we want to do in life.

More time to wonder what all we could be doing during these times of intense, unproductive overthinking.

Yep — I’ve been there too.

Time is actually out of your control.

Here are four things that are in your control:

  1. Mental Wellbeing
  2. Sleep
  3. Diet
  4. Fitness

These four components make up your energy pyramid (in my humble, uneducated opinion).

If you know these well enough, you could like be more productive, happier and healthier.

Not relying on time — instead, relying on you.

The concept is very simple.

If you rely on time— finding the time — you’ll always be chasing.

To be in control.

To be fully understanding, is to know your energy levels.

This year, I want to get someway to cracking this for myself.

I feel I can do it.

It will take a lot of self-testing, but this is important to me.

Don’t blame time.

Time was made by men years ago.

It’s arbitrary and you shouldn’t assign any value to it.

Your energy — well that’s something you get psyched about, right?
